PSTN
network is still evolving offering new supplementary services
as CID (Caller Identification) and SMS
(Short Message Service). Transmission of additional information
among PSTN network is subjected to numerous contraints and has
to be compliant with the different standards.
MASC decodes all the signaling used for the
delivery of supplementary services among PSTN
lines as for on-hook (CID) and off-hook data
transmission (CIDCW) and also the latest SMS
standards (Short Message services).
Simply connected to the PSTN line MASC stores
and decodes the signaling according to the latest standards
as ETS 300 659-1, ETS 300 659-2, ETS 300 659-3, ETSI
ES 201 912, ETSI TR08r2, BT SIN 242, US Bellcore SDMF and MDMF,
CITT Rec. V23, CCITT Rec. T.50. |

Access diagnose : connected in high impedance mode
among PSTN line, MASC stores the traffic, decodes
and displays on PC all the FSK data delivered for CID & SMS
services. The Scope viewer provides a clear overview of the
line signal.
J Protocol analysis : MASC
is compliant with the latest standards as ETS 300 659-1, ETS
300 659-2, ETS 300 659-3, ETSI TR08r2, BT SIN 242, US Bellcore
SDMF et MDMF, CITT Rec. V23, CITTT Rec. T.50 and provides a
complete decoding of FSK information.
